gendy 0 Report post Posted August 31, 2006 Ahlan ya shabab, If you want to buy a telescope, PLEASE, DO NOT buy it from a "bookshop" or a super market!! The first advice giving is that you should buy from a store SPECIALIZED in Astronomy, because if you are new to Astronomy, you will need to have somebody to ask about your new toy, and usually sales people in bookshop or malls DO NOT KNOW anything about telescope! Other alternative, if you do not have a place to sells ONLY astronomy stuff, then you might need to go to see the shops located in Europe through the internet and then contact your customs house ( el-gamarek ) to know before hand how much you will have to pay tax!
