السلام عليكم لايمكن الجزم بعد امكانية الهلال ليلة السبت سنة 1428 كما أن السيد يمكن أن يعتمد على الرؤية في البلدان القريبة من العراق كالقطيف والبحرين والعمدة هو البينة الشرعية مع احتمال صدقها والخطأ وارد ولا يمكن نفيه لكنه غير متيقن

كما ذكرت لا يمكن الجزم بعدم امكانية الرؤية في تلك الليلة وعليه تقبل شهادة الشهود

الرؤية لم تكن مستحيلة ليلة السبت عام 1428 هـ وفق المباني الفقهية لسماحة السيد السيستاني وجود الشهود العدول بشهادات متطابقة مع عدم القطع بعدم امكانية الرؤية يكفي لاثبات الهلال

أعلن مكتب المرجع الأعلى السيد علي السيستاني ثبوت الرؤية الشرعية لهلال شهر رمضان المبارك هذه اللييلة وعليه يكون الخميس غرة شهر رمضان لعام 1431 هـ

مسقط في 10 أغسطس /العمانية/ أعلنت لجنة استطلاع رؤية هلال شهر رمضان المبارك لهذا العام 1431 هـ مساء اليوم عن عدم ثبوت رؤية هلال شهر رمضان وعليه سوف يكون يوم غد الاربعاء هو المتمم لشهر شعبان ويوم بعد غد الخميس هو غرة شهر رمضان المبارك . جاء ذلك في بيان للجنة فيما يلي نصه .. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم // شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن هدى للناس وبينات من الهدى والفرقان فمن شهد منكم الشهر فليصمه ومن كان مريضا أو على سفر فعدة من أيام أخر . // صدق الله العظيم . الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين . اجتمعت بعون من الله وتوفيقه مساء اليوم الثلاثاء 29 من شعبان 1431 هـ الموافق له 10 من أغسطس 2010 م لجنة استطلاع رؤية هلال شهر رمضان المبارك برئاسة معالي الشيخ عبدالله بن محمد بن عبدالله السالمي وزير الاوقاف والشؤون الدينية وعضوية كل من .. سماحة الشيخ / أحمد بن حمد الخليلي المفتي العام للسلطنة وسعادة السيد / حارب بن حمد بن سعود وكيل الوزارة وسعادة السيد محمد بن سلطان بن حمود البوسعيدي وكيل وزارة الداخلية وفضيلة الشيخ الدكتورعبدالله بن راشد السيابي نائب رئيس المحكمة العليا وفضيلة الشيخ أحمد بن محمد الخطيب قاضي المحكمة العليا بصلالة ولم تتلق اللجنة أي بلاغ عن رؤية هلال شهر رمضان المبارك . وبناء على ذلك يكون يوم غد الاربعاء هو المكمل للثلاثين من شهر شعبان 1431 هـ ويكون بعد غد الخميس هو غرة شهر رمضان المبارك 1431 هـ الموافق له 12 من أغسطس 2010 م وبهذه المناسبة الكريمة العطرة يسر وزارة الاوقاف والشؤون الدينية أن تتقدم بخالص التهاني والتبريكات الى المقام السامي لحضرة صاحب الجلالة السلطان قابوس بن سعيد المعظم / حفظه الله ورعاه / ضارعة الى المولى جل في علاه أن يتقبل صيامه وأن يختم بالصالحات أعماله وأن يعيده عليه مرات عديدة وأزمنة مديدة ينعم بالصحة والعافية والعمر المديد وعلى عمان الطيبة بالرفعة والعزة وعلى الامة الاسلامية باليمن والبركات .. وكل عام والجميع بخير //. سس/العمانية/سس

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله لا أستطيع تأكيد أو نفي الرؤية رغم اتفاق الفلكيين على عدم التمكن من الرؤية في ايران نحن نتحدث عن موضوع علمي بحت (بغض النظر عن وجهة النظر الشرعية) تمكن الفرق الإيرانية من رصد الهلال ليلة الأحد أو يوم السبيت يمثل سابقة فلابد من تأكيدها بذكر من قام بالرصد ومكان الرصد والوسائل التي استخدمت ودرجة الحرارة والرطوبة إلخ كذلك ارسال الصور التي تم أخذها ثم عرضها على الخبراء ليحددوا امكانية تغيير المعايير المعروفة مع التأكيد على أن هناك تقنيات استطاعت رصد الهلال في وضح النهار في المانيا ونشرت نتائجها في كوقع المشروع الإسلامي لرصد الأهلة في سنوات سابقة ولكنها رؤية غير مباشرة من خلال التلسكوب بل تجميع للصورة على الكمبيوتر وكون مكتب السيد الخامنئي يستخدم أفضل التقنيات للرصد فلا يعني عدم وقوعهم في الخطأ ففي عام 1419 أعلن العيد في ايران الإثنين رغم أن الإقتران يحدث ليلة الإثنين بعد غروب الشمس

I have personally contacted those brothers who sighted the Moon. In the Eastern suburbs, the possibility of sighting the moon was not strong. However, in the Western suburbs, the age of the moon wasn�t sufficient enough for the moon to be sighted clearly but the thing that helped the moon to be sighted was the time difference between sunset and moonset which was of 40 minutes. A group of us attempted to perform the obligatory sighting of Shawwal after Iftar on Saturday 19 September (the 29th day of Ramadan in the UK). Although the horizon is clear, the crescent could not be sighted. Still, we received news of positive sightings to the East of the UK from Indonesia as well as South Africa. This news, despite not being able to sight locally, makes it sufficient for Eid al-Fitr to be tomorrow, on Sunday 20 September for those in the UK, by following the basic rule [dabit] in Islamic Law in this matter that whenever it is known that the crescent has been positively sighted in the East, local sighting inevitably follows, but not the other way round [mata hasalati r-ru'yatu fi l-sharqi lazima ru'yatuhu fi l-gharbi wa la-'aks].
